Padma Parupudi holds a masters degree in computer applications from University of Hyderabad. She also holds a postgraduate diploma in Cyber laws from NALSAR, Hyderabad.

She was an IT Project Manager with more than 15 years of experience working for global customers, of which 12 years were with the IT Giant TCS. She has recruited, trained, and managed project teams in various industry segments.

She has also conducted several workshops and training on project management and process awareness for TCS employees. Padma is Director-Career Development at Abhyaas and heads the product development. She is a recipient of the Dewang Mehta National Education Award (Women in Education).
