Admission Process

Gyanville Academy believes that students who perform well in the academic program are typically those who have a consistently good academic record during their school, besides exhibiting sufficiently high aptitude as measured by the screening test. Multiple criteria are used to arrive at composite scores for each candidate, which is used to select them for final admissions.

Stage 1: Counselling & Application

Students have to take the application form. Register a slot for admission test, meet admissions & counselling team for counselling session, during which we give them a detailed description of various career options available in general, about Gyanville program in specific and help them get a clear view of the majors students could opt for.

Stage 2: Scholarship Test

Students who booked slot for respective date will undergo a screening test based on their interest of sciences or Non-sciences.

Process for the Scholarship Test :

– Choose a particular date and time.
– Confirm with the Gyanville administrative team.
– Take the test.

Stage 3: Final Admission Confirmation

The Final admission of the student will be confirmed, Once you pay Rs.10,000

GVA Scholarship Test Cycle

   2024 – 2026   Batch

Scholarship Test is on 14th April, 2024
  • The Students who qualify in the screening test will have to pay 10,000/- as admissions fee ( i.e. non refundable, one time fee) & confirm the seat with Gyanville Academy.

Pattern of Paper

For MPC with IIT Coaching

Duration:90 Minutes
Syllabus:High School Level (SSC/CBSE& other equivalent boards)
Question Types:Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ), Multiple Answer Questions (MAQ)
Marking Scheme:MCQ: +1 for correct answer; – 0.25 (negative) marks for wrong answer.
MAQ: +2 for all correct answers; No mark for partially correct; No negative marks;

Selection Criteria Pattern
Scholarship Test
  • Scoring more than cut off that will be announced after every cycle of the scholarship test.
10th Board Exams
  • Scoring more than 8.5 CGPA for SSC
  • Scoring more than 80% in CBSE/ICSE or other boards
Attitude
  • Go getter and wanting to be the best.
  • SENSITIVE CANDIDATES SHOULD NOT APPLY

Notes :
1.Merit list with relevant category would be announced by end of the day of admission test.
2.Parents are requested to pay non-refundable admission fees (Rs 10,000/-) and take provisional admission within a week after the results are announced.
3.Any student not scoring required CGPA or percentage in board exams will not get admitted. Their admission fees will be refunded after deducting office expenses.
4.Admissions are offered first come first serve basis once in merit list. So, it is better to make decision quickly.
