Amrita Ranked 7th Best University in India, NIRF India Ranking 2023, awarded with an A++ NAAC Grade. Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham encompasses six engineering campuses that provide B.Tech programs. They are Amaravati, Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore and Nagercoil. A few courses in Nagercoil are based on approvals.
Admission Process:
Admission to the B.Tech programs for the year 2024 will be determined by satisfying any one of the following criteria:
The probability of obtaining the preferred academic choice is higher when the applicant possesses both the AEEE 2024 rank and JEE Mains 2024 percentile.
If JEE Mains is held multiple times, the release of all scores will precede the commencement of the Amrita B.Tech. admission procedure.
The Centralised Seat Allotment Process (CSAP) will be reviewed, and careful consideration will be given to determining the optimal outcome.
Available seats are filled using both modes. AEEE 2024 : 70 % of the seat allotment . JEE Mains 2024 : 30 % of the seat allotment.
It is a Computer Based Exam.
AEEE 2024 exam duration is 150 Minutes (2.5 Hours) . Students will be tested on Maths (40), Physics (30), Chemistry (25), and English (5) . There will be 100 Questions in total. Every correct answer contributes three points to the score, whereas each incorrect response results in a deduction of one point.

Minor Programs are to give more opportunities to students. Students need a CGPA of 7.5 to be eligible for it. Students can choose them from the beginning of second year. They may be charged extra fees. Seats will be based on first cum first served.
