Admission Process

Gyanville Academy believes that students who perform well in the academic program are typically those who have a consistently good academic record during their school, besides exhibiting sufficiently high aptitude as measured by the screening test. Multiple criteria are used to arrive at composite scores for each candidate, which is used to select them for final admissions.

Stage 1: Counselling & Application

Students have to take the application form, register a slot for the admission test, and meet the admissions & counselling team for a counselling session. During this session, we explain various career options, provide details about the Gyanville program, and help students understand the majors they can choose.

Stage 2: Scholarship Test

Students who have booked a slot will take a screening test based on their interest in sciences or non-sciences.

Process for the Scholarship Test:
– Choose a particular date and time.
– Confirm with the Gyanville administrative team.
– Take the test.

Stage 3: Personal Interview & Final Admission Confirmation

Final admission will be confirmed once the student completes the personal interview and pays the admission fee of Rs.10,000.
