ABOUT:

Manipal Academy of Higher Education conducts an entrance exam for admission into its B.Tech program. It offers around 17 programs at B.tech level.The Manipal Entrance Test (MET) for BTech is a common entrance test for admission to Manipal Institute of Technology (MAHE Manipal), Manipal University Jaipur (MU Jaipur) and Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology (SMIT Sikkim)

ELIGIBILITY:

Pass in 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / any technical vocational subject

* as optional, from a recognized Board, with minimum 50 % aggregate marks taken together in Physics, Mathematics and any one of the optional subjects

TEST DETAILS:

Admission to the following courses offered by MAHE, is through the Manipal Entrance Test (MET). This MET 2021 may be centre based or remote proctored, as per prevailing situation.

All Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) Programs, the syllabus will be uploaded shortly.

Centre based Online Test: If MET 2021 is conducted as a centre based online test, all applicants can book their entrance test city / day / slots in the Online Test Booking System (OTBS) based on the availability of seats. The OTBS will be opened for slot booking 15 days prior to start of MET 2021. Kindly note that, in case of a lower number of applicants from a particular city, the test centre at the nearest city will be made available in the OTBS.

Remote Proctored Online Test: If MET 2021 is conducted as remote proctored, all applicants can book their entrance test day / slots in the Online Test Booking System (OTBS) based on the availability of seats. The OTBS will be opened for slot booking 15 days prior to the start of MET 2021.

Exam fee: Rs 600 application fee and 1400 entrance exam fee. Total Rs 2000.
